Membership questions
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed automatically on the same day each billing period (for example, monthly), starting on the day you enroll in the spa. The price is the one shown for the spa you choose. Nothing is charged on this website.
Do unused sessions roll over?
It depends on the plan, and each plan's terms say which applies. On the Nuvera Total Aesthetics Membership, unused treatments roll over to future months. On our other monthly plans (laser hair removal, microneedling and red-light facial), the session must be used within its billing month and doesn't carry over. Benefits have no cash value.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, after any minimum commitment listed on the plan. Let our front desk know before your next billing date and we'll cancel or pause it for you. Pauses depend on the plan and are arranged with the team in the spa.
Why do I sign the agreement in the spa?
The membership agreement is completed in person with a photo and ID check, which keeps your membership secure and makes sure it can only be used by you. Send your request here, and we'll call you to set up a visit. The first payment is taken in the spa when you sign.
Can I use my membership at another location?
Memberships belong to the spa you join. Ask our team if your plan can be used at other Nuvera locations.
