These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of nuvera-medspa.com (the "Site"), including online booking, your client account, online forms and agreements, and the AI assistant. The Site is operated by Nuvera Med Spa ("Nuvera," "we," "us"), 231 St. Asaphs Rd, Ste 629, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not medical advice
Content on the Site, including treatment pages, blog posts, before-and-after photos and answers from the AI assistant, is general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided only after an in-person consultation with a licensed provider. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or use your client account. Treatment of anyone under 18 requires a parent or guardian's consent and presence, and some treatments are not offered to minors.
Booking, payments and policies
Appointments, deposits, cancellations, packages, promotions and refunds are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy. Prices on the Site may change and are confirmed at booking or at your consultation. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel bookings made at an obviously wrong price.
Your client account
Keep your sign-in email or phone secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Electronic signatures and records
When you sign a consent form, intake form or purchase agreement electronically (on our tablets, in your account or through a signing link we send you), you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding, the same as a handwritten signature, and that we may keep these records electronically. Signing links are personal; please do not forward them. You may ask for a copy of anything you signed.
AI assistant
The chat assistant is an automated system that can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, and do not share sensitive health details in the chat. Bookings, prices and policies confirmed by our team or in your booking confirmation take priority over anything the assistant says.
Texts and emails
If you give us your phone number and consent, we may text you as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no interfering with the Site's security or operation, no scraping or automated access, and no false or misleading submissions.
Content and trademarks
The Site, its text, photos, videos, logos and design belong to Nuvera Med Spa or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Client photos and testimonials are used with permission and may not be copied.
Third-party services and links
Booking, payments, financing and some features are provided by third parties (for example Acuity Scheduling, Stripe and financing partners) under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Franchise information
Franchise information on the Site is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer can only be made through a Franchise Disclosure Document in states where we are registered or exempt.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvera Med Spa and its owners, staff and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us through the Site in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a patient regarding the care you receive.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nuvera Med Spa against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
